The L48FM-JUMBO Electrical Distribution Board is designed for electrical systems that require a large number of circuits and additional space for distribution and protection components.

The panel serves as a central point for distributing the main electrical supply to multiple circuits and branches. It provides dedicated spaces for installing the main breaker, copper busbars, branch circuit breakers, DIN rails, terminal blocks, and other electrical components according to the project requirements.

Its expanded internal space allows for better arrangement of electrical components and wiring, while providing convenient access for installation, inspection, and maintenance.

The panel also features ventilation openings at the top and sides to improve airflow inside the enclosure and help reduce heat accumulation during operation.

Panel Components

• Main Breaker Space

A dedicated space for installing the main breaker to control the main electrical supply and provide comprehensive protection against overcurrent and short circuits. This critical component serves as the primary safety device for the entire distribution network.

• Copper Busbar Space

A dedicated space for installing high-quality copper busbars to distribute the electrical supply from the main source to the breakers and various circuits. The copper conductors are color-coded following international standards for proper phase identification and safe installation.

• Individual MCB Spaces

Dedicated spaces for installing branch circuit breakers, allowing each breaker to independently protect an individual line or electrical circuit. This modular protection approach enables selective power management and precise control of individual loads.

• DIN Rail

Dedicated spaces for installing DIN Rails to mount various circuit breakers and electrical components in an organized manner, with easy removal and replacement when required. The standardized rail system provides clean, professional component arrangement.

• Terminal Block Spaces

Dedicated spaces for installing professional-grade Terminal Blocks to organize and connect incoming and outgoing cables, making wiring identification and maintenance easier. These blocks provide safe, reliable connections supporting cables from 1mm² to 70mm² cross-section.

• Test Points

Dedicated spaces for adding test and measurement points, helping facilitate electrical testing during operation and maintenance. These strategically located test outlets enable safe voltage and current measurement without requiring panel opening.
